Drawings and contractors
We prepare full technical drawings and help you evaluate contractor quotes. You appoint your contractor directly - we are there to guide you through the process and answer questions as they come up.

Site monitoring
We make weekly site visits to check the work against the design. Your contractor manages the build; we are there to advise as the project progresses.
