A model villa unit at a residential development in Bantala, designed to show prospective buyers the potential of the space. The brief was to produce a home that felt genuinely livable rather than simply staged - warm enough to help people imagine their own lives in it. We designed across the living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms, working with the developer's specifications while giving the space its own character.
