This project involves the adaptive reuse of a defunct rail wagon factory, reconfigured to accommodate a contemporary sports complex while retaining the character of the existing structure.

The spatial layout was reorganised to improve access and circulation between multiple play areas and activity zones, ensuring clarity of movement across the facility.

Material interventions and interior elements draw from the brand identity of the sports complex, integrating it into the architecture to create a cohesive and immersive user experience.
